Director of Sales

Job description

Nestio is looking for a Director of Sales to unleash their sales acumen and contagious positive energy into the multifamily real estate industry. Equipped with a very strong value proposition and the results to back it up, the Director of Sales will be positioned for success when prospecting new clients, managing existing opportunities and generating revenue. What you’ll do:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle across our owner/manager segment within your designated territory

  • Work cross-functionally to contribute to the development of a repeatable and scalable selling process

  • Lead presentations via phone and in person to clearly convey our products, services, and value proposition

  • Follow up with all prospects in a timely manner and communicate effectively through all phases to close deals consistently

  • Leverage a consultative value based sales approach with decision makers and the C-Suite

  • Document sales details, pipeline and forecast in Salesforce

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience - SaaS required, preferably in the Real Estate sector

  • Excellent written communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to speak clearly, concisely, and confidently

  • Prior track record of consistently exceeding sales quota and being a top performer within the sales team

  • You have grit and you consistently “get it done”

  • A proactive, self-starter who takes initiative and has a strong work ethic

  • High energy and resourceful -- you enjoy the hunt of the sale but do so as a professional with a consultative value based approach
